A lot has happened since I wrote last 

Not everything can stay in the past
I do now make the future count
Though at times those feelings
Do come back with such a blast
Especially when I come down ill
And from that time that stood still
To those looks that could kill
I try not to let the bitterness mount
Instead enjoy the bittersweet moments now
That come along for me to see
To give a better gladness in my heart
Filling the time with happiness and glee
Is all I can hope for and is a start
